The sieve tray type hydrauic classifer is also caled the Derver hydrauic cassifer, which is used to create interference settiement conditions with sievplates. The body shape is a conical box, and the vertical compartment is divided into 4~8 classifcation chambers. The broken area of each chamber is200mm * 200mm. A sieve plate is set at a certain height from the bottom of the chamber.
A sieve with 36~72 dlameter of 3~5mm is drlled on the board. The pressure water is fed under the sieve plate and fows upward through the sievehole. The ore paricles are suspended above the sieve plate for intererence setiement and stratification, The coarse particles are discharged through thecentral hole of the sieve plate, and the discharge quantity is controlled by a conical plug.
