6S Shaker Installation and Commissioning
一. Installation

1. Select a flat ground witha load-bearing capacity of no less than 1.5 times the weight of theequipment, and keep it away from vibration sources or corrosive       environments.

2. Fixing the equipment: Level the anchor bolts to ensure the machine bodyis stable (check with a level), and tighten the bottom screws to preventdisplacement.

3. Connection: Connect to the matching power supply (check voltage/power)and inspect the lines for damage; lf a cooling/temperature control componentis to be  connected, make sure the interface is sealed without leaks.

二. Debugging

1. No-load test: After powering on, test the rotational speed in sequence(from low to high, confirm that the rotational speed display is consistent withthe actual),  timing function (set a short time, check start-stop accuracy), andobserve that there is no abnormal noise or severe shaking during operation.
2. Load test: Place the sample at the rated load (evenly distribute, avoiduneven weight), repeat the above test to confirm that the speed/timing isstable and there is   no spalling of the sample.
3.Parameter calibration:lf the speed deviation exceeds ±2%, fine-tunethrough the equipment panel or controller until it meets the requirements.
4.Safety check: Test if the emergency stop button is sensitive and confirm thatthe equipment stops quickly after power is cut off.
