I. Static Accuracy: Key dimensions meet the standards.
1. There are no cracks between the foundation and the fixed concrete foundation, and the surface flatness error is ≤5mm/m; The anchor bolts should be tightened to the required torque (such as M24 bolts 300-400N·m) without any looseness.
2. The bed surface accuracy: Transverse levelness ≤0.1mm/m, longitudinal levelness ≤0.2mm/m (measured by a level). The inclination Angle conforms to the design (roughly selected 3°-5°, carefully selected 1°-2°), with a deviation of no more than ±0.1°.
3. Coaxiality of the drive and the water tank motor-reducer: radial runout ≤0.1mm, end face ≤0.05mm; The centerline of the ore feeding trough coincides with the bed surface, with a deviation of no more than 5mm. The water from the flushing water pipe is sprayed evenly without leakage.

II. Dynamic Operation: After passing the no-load test, conduct a no-load trial run for 1-2 hours. The following requirements must be met:
1. No obvious vibration (amplitude deviation of the bed surface ≤ ±5% of the design value), no abnormal noise (≤85dB);

2. The stroke/number of strokes is consistent with the design (e.g., 200-300 strokes per minute), with a deviation of no more than ±5%, and there is no jamming during movement.
3. The bearing temperature of the motor/reducer is ≤75℃ (temperature rise ≤40℃), and the current is ≤ 80% of the rated value.
4. The emergency stop button stops the machine within 3 seconds, and the sliding distance is no more than 100mm.


III.
