I. Core Classification

1. By the number of circles: single circle (coarse selection/laboratory), multiple circles (industrial mainstream selection), and multiple sections (fine particle deep purification).

2. By the separation medium: hydraulic (wet method, using water for separation, commonly used in industry), and pneumatic (dry method, no wastewater, suitable for water-scarce areas or materials that are sensitive to water).

3. By application field: mineral processing (metal/non-metal mineral separation, such as iron ore, kaolin), coal washing (wear-resistant, used for coal gangue rejection), and laboratory use (small-scale, for experiments/teaching).

4. By the cross-section of the chute body: parabolic type (for fine particle separation), arc type (for coarse particle separation), and composite type (for both coarse and fine particles).

II. Main Applications

1. Metal mineral processing: coarse selection to discard waste rocks, fine selection for purification (such as gold ore, iron ore, tin ore).

2. Coal industry: coarse selection of thermal coal/coking coal, underground pre-gangue rejection, without chemicals for better environmental protection.

3. Non-metal mineral purification: iron removal from quartz sand, impurity removal from kaolin, to enhance product purity.

4. Laboratory scenarios: mineral beneficiation tests, teaching demonstrations, with small processing capacity (5-50kg/h).
